Bird's Tongue Green is a light, sweet and refreshing tea with notes of honey dew melon, cut grass and green beans.

“Que She” AKA “Bird Tongue”, is from Pu Jiang County in Sichuan Province. It consists of one bud and two leaves from each picking, which when dried resembles a bird's tongue. I admit that I haven't seen a lot of green bird's tongues but I also haven't seen a lot of bird mouths up close. This tea was probably named by a bird dentist.

Bird Tongue Green is Delicious!

I am thrilled that I discovered Bird Tongue Green Tea! I used to be a jasmine fan but am finding the flavor of Bird Tongue more now. The personal service at Intergalactic Tea is excellent.

a pleasant and mild sip

Bird Tongue Green is an enjoyable tea that is quite mild. I like a grassy tea and this one fits that bill. I give it 4 stars rather than 5 because of its mildness. I like a green with a bit more boldness, though I will likely order this one again.
