It's a moon! It's a balloon! It's Moon Balloon (and its good buddy 100g Shu/Black cake)! 

Moon Ballon is a blend of ripe puerh Yongde made from 2022 spring sheng which was fermented to shu in 2023 and 2023 Mengku Shai Hong black tea. The ripe puerh brings a deep chocolaty richness while the shai hong adds raspberry jam. The flavors come together like a raspberry chocolate tort.

The taste of this blend of black tea and shu pu'er, pressed in 2018, has melded into a smooth but complex brew with notes of cherry vanilla.
