This sencha-ichoka is fruity and refreshing. The aroma is a product of the process of ichoka, where the leaves are withered before steaming to enhance the aroma. This blend comes from three tea gardens in the vicinity of Bizenya and is a blend of the cultivars: yabukita, sayamamidori, saemidori and fukumidori.
