In 2023 I made the first version of Vanilla Bean Dream Machine. It turned out great. I decided to do two different pressing the second time around and match vanilla beans of different origins to different kinds of shu. The Tahitian vanilla beans blended with the 2023 Meng Song Na Ka shu add a distinct cherry note. The over all effect is creamy and fruity (and delicious!)

I ordered this after the Ugandan cake sold out :(. The aroma is similar but theres a cherry fruitiness that comes through like crazy! I mainly use these for thermos brewing at work and it works perfectly without getting bitter.
I love this tea. The tea itself is very rich and snappy, but paired with the Nina’s it becomes sweet and great to drink.
I never really enjoyed Shu Puer before, but this Vanilla Bean Dream Machine Shu Puer is so sweet and delicious, so smooth, I really love it. 😋
Unfortunately not so many steeps possible, but it was enjoyable enough.
Vanilla Bean Dream Machine has become my favorite tea. Great vanilla taste in a tea. Very smooth.
